Holding a diverse professional background of 16 years in managing people, developing teams and lines of business in multinational and local private companies, Bogdan started his own consulting business in the brokerage industry in 2019, and also, he joined the Faster Capital’s startups Incubator and Accelerator as a Startups freelance consultant.
At the moment, he is assisting the Board of Directors from Admiral Markets Estonia in the operational management of a retail network comprised of 18 countries, across the world.

During the previous 7 years, Bogdan worked within XTB, the biggest brokerage house in CEE and the fourth largest stock exchange-listed brokerage house in the world. Throughout this period, during the last 5 years he successfully coordinated the Romanian branch of the company, while at the beginning of his career in XTB, he coordinated the brokers department. During his tenure, XTB Romania had the most dynamic portfolio increase as compared to similar local players, and across XTB Group. Before XTB, he had mostly an entrepreneurial background, ranging from coordinating ING bank and insurance franchises to being a partner in a mediation and debt recovery firm.
